I've noticed a weird thing. My two 1,8 ghz cores doesn't go to that frequency, max is 960 mhz! They won't go up with Real Racing 3 nor with Antutu benchmark or Antutu stress test! I check the frequencies with a couple of apps.
Could you check if even yours does the same?! Or it's my phone that has a hardware or software problem?
