How do I get rid of these intrusive ads?

These types of stupid ads keep popping up. How do I get rid of them? Seems to happen on Google chrome the most. Pc and on phone. These are the types of ads that also have the Google title in it too to make it seem legit. I'm on a locked down Verizon s6 edge plus
