so I bought my phone directly from Motorola and ordered a sprint sim as that's my carrier. Usually I have no issues with Sprint except when I go to our beach place then I have zero coverage and no wifi. So I decided I wanted to grab a prepaid sim from T-Mobile. Well when i enter in my ime it says my phone is not compatible. Am I missing something? I thought this phone was unlocked??? Or when I purchased it for sprint did Motorola lock it to that carrier??
