My device is (or: was) running Google Lollipop, but with added root access. Tonight su told me that it needs an update, so it rebooted to TWRP, installed something, rebooted again, trying to load the OS, but got stuck in the boot animation. Now the only way to switch it off is via the boot loader.
Is there a way to regain control over the device, or should I just flash some custom Marshmallow instead? I already wiped the cache partitions, but with no avail. And I am not really satisfied with Lollipop, because very often it's acting like paralysed.
