Moto G 2015 (XT1543) 16gb dual sim, 1gb RAM?

I buy this phone on Walmart MX and I notice something. This is te 16gb and dual sim version but it´s only 1gb RAM. How can this be? It´s a wrong rom in this phone? Here the screenshots
Can I try to flash the 2gb Rom?
