I'm looking to finally get a new phone (currently have a GS4 w/ custom ROM).
Being able to root is a requirement (10/10 importance).
Expandable storage (SD card) is 9/10 importance.
Exchangeable battery is 8/10 importance.
Camera, processor, and other stuff are not so important.
Budget is not a concern.
Are there any of the current "top-tier" phones that have root available?
I'm currently w/ AT&T, but am willing to change carriers as needed.
