How to Get Past the Dreaded "No Command" in MM stock recovery

Dumb elementary question, but I just flashed the MM stock recovery (http://ift.tt/1Ps23DC), I can get to fastboot, and then when I select recovery, I get the no command. I've tried various key combinations, and I can never get passed this.'

What's the secret?
