I'm having a really hard time getting Android Auto to launch with my S7 Edge and Mophie Juicepack. I have a Kenwood DDX9702S for a head unit. I got it to work once but don't know how or why. It works flawless if I don't use the case. Tried both the USB cable that came with the case, and an Anker USB cable, and so far, no luck. I've also tried connecting with the case already on (charging) and off (not charging). Not sure what I'm missing.
I did cross post this to Android Central and the Android Auto subreddit, and have either gotten very few replies or no one has an answer. This is getting pretty annoying. I have a hard time believing I'm the only one who has attempted this?
