ROOT // I want to make sure

I read a few arcticles, but still I´m not sure

I want Unlock my Bootloader and get to my zenfone 2 TWRP (is that mean Flash it? ) and then Root? (SUPERsu)

But I´m not sure what donwload for my version, and which ADB, etc, can anybody tell me more?
