[Q&A] Need a simple rom close to stock but happy with something stripped down.

I was previously running a moto g on lollipop stock. Would like to run atleast this on the Note 2 I have inherited. Could someone point me to a rom they think will suit me. Would like something stable, fairly close to stock. I also wouldn't mind something really stripped down though without anything Samsung bloat.
