Hello, I am looking to return to US Cellulars PRL and I can't seem to find a PRL that will work. When I go to dial any number it just gets stuck at "dialing", no operator or anything. It has been several months since I had last messed with this phone and I can't seem to find the backup PRL that I had originally made. It looks like the current PRL is 16028 for phones in my area. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :D
