Lumia 1520, master bug by the contact App (WP8.1)

Hello everyone,

My mother have a strange issue with the contact app on her phone.
The contact loose their PP (Profile Picture) randomly and now the phone number are messed up ....

I don't know what's going on but if anyone have a idea ....
