xcover 2 sim unlock yes or no?

I can buy a Xcover2 at 30 euro but is simlocked .Do u know if there is any script (as the Xcover),any apk (as the spoky apk) or...any other way to unlock it?If will be sure I can unlkock it I will get t ifnot...now.Let me know :D
