I installed TWRP and SuperSU and made several full backups through that.

Is it possible to restore my first backup fully, then restore only the data from a most recent backup.
I have added several additional logins and multiple apps and would like the most recent data without all the clutter built up along the way.
I am new here and very new to using tablets, i've had my galaxy tab for 2 months now.
I know my way around a computer, have been working on them for 25 years.
